“Easy parking, a little expensive for what it is. Made travel easier. The automatic number plate recognition didn't work on entry or exit, but call answered quickly.”
“2 points for being close to the airport departure entrance. Arrived 4am. Number plate recognition not working. Reversed out and tried the other lane - not working. Had to phone to get barrier raised and ticket issued. Took 15 mins to get into the drive-in car park (with narrow spaces to squeeze in more victims).
On arriving back in UK, got to the barrier, inserted the ticket I had been issued after my initial problems actually getting into the car park only to be told I owe £833 for parking despite having pre-paid. Managed to get through to assistance who couldn't find my booking number. After eventually finding the booking, the barrier was raised and I was on my way.
Never again will I use any parking at this airport.”
