“We having been using car park 2&3 for a number of years it’s value for money,no nonsense and so close to terminals makes life so much easier especially with kids”
“Parked on top floor as there were no other spaces
On exit I put in the ticked and it showed that I owed over £700 but I had already pre booked it
I pushed the help button and quoted my name registration and reference number and they let me out
This is not the shock you need after flying back from Japan and all day in a plane
So I was not very happy as I felt your price of over £150 was already greedy”
“Although the camera didn't recognise our number plate when we arrived, the attendant let us in as soon as we pressed the information button. Parking spaces are tight but plenty and the barrier lifted when we left meaning no need for a ticket (we pre-paid). A very efficient way of parking as it's literally a couple of minutes walk to the terminal.”
“The car park spaces are far too small. So many people have large SUVs.
Also, I have parked there twice now and on both occasions upon leaving the car park it has asked for several hundred pounds even though I have prepaid. The amount of time it takes for the customer service team to answer from the barriers help facility means a huge queue behind.
I don't recommend this facility at all.”
“This is the third time I have put my ticket in the machine to leave the car park and its said I haven't paid you owe you owe £400 plus pounds,its also happened to my daughter a few times ,obviously there a problem. The car park is situated in the perfect place.but you need this hassle and it has happened on to many occasions this is why I am giving low ratings”
“Managed to get a space within seconds of entering which was just across the road from our hotel.
The spaces aren’t quite wide enough to open your car doors without squeezing out and we had issues entering and exiting the car park due to the scanners not picking up the barcode on the way in. This was resolved by speaking with the operator and confirming the booking etc with them.
All in all, we managed to park for the duration we had booked for, it was really convenient and served it’s purpose.”
