“Once again APH have come up trumps with their service.
The bus drivers are always cheerful no matter what ungodly hour that you arrive back at the airport.
If there is one criticism that I could make is that on my last visit my car was parked in an area of the car park which was unmade gravel and after some heavy rain the ground was very wet and muddy making the walk to my car with the suitcases most unpleasant.”
“We got to the parking in good time and we had read online it’s max 10 minutes between buses. There was a bus there when we got there so we got straight on which is great until that bus then sat stationary for 30 minutes while the bus driver was on the phone! Due to the long delays on the airport in Birmingham at the moment this really affected us and so we had to buy security fast track passes when we got to the airport to make that time back that was wasted by APH.
The way home was fine, got straight on a bus and dropped on within 5 minutes.”
“Unfortunately when the traffic is bad in the local area, the 5min wait turns to 2 hours. Then we had the same traffic to contend with getting our of the carpark. Took us longer to catch the bus and then get home than the flight from Greece.
One could argue it wasn't your fault, but as a model of operation, it is always going to be susceptible to traffic. Had we parked at the airport we would have at least not had to stand in the cold and rain for 2 hours.
For that reason we won't be using APH at Birmingham again.”
