“Very hard to find at 3am.No APH signage only 'short run'. Finally arrived and told never have been APH by check in guy at gate. He then said company officially closing on 3rd Oct and to collect car by then or car would be impounded. Proper ray of sunshine. Happy Holiday. Thankfully we didnt get stranded in Greece by the national strikes and were able to collect car on 1st as planned.”
“When we arrived at the car park prior to our flight to Sicily, the IT system failed to locate our booking initially and we had to go into the office to sort it out. It did then locate our booking, we received our return info card and all seemed well.
On our return, I attempted to call the number on the card which it said to do, but it was an automated answering thing and all it did was give several options for cancelling a booking, making a new booking or amending a booking but nothing about return procedures!! We went to bus stop "A" & sure enough the "Short Run" bus appeared but the sign flipped to "Yellow Tickets Only". I asked the driver what colour my ticket was classed as, because it was multicoloured! He took it from me, twiddled on a handset then said "ok, on you get". Very confusing as there was no yellow on the ticket at all! Furthermore, when we got back to the car park, as he circulated the driver called out several colours including blue & red but weirdly (at least as far as I recall) not yellow!?!?”
“First time using this at BHX and impressed - easy to park, quick drop off and only 12 min wait for bus on arrival back from holiday. Easy access out of car park to main motorway and roads.”
“Satnav struggles to find it but service is excellant. No long waits at either end. Surface not good for case wheels so take car to cases and drop them at bus stop before you park”
