“Transfer from car park to airport was brilliant. However, when waiting for the bus back to the car park, as we were walking close to the bus, the last few passengers were getting on. We ran and had our yellow ticket out visible, but as we got to the bus door, the driver proceeded to shut the door and drive off - well aware we wanted to get on the bus (there were plenty of seats available). We then waited another 30 mins for the next one, understandably tired and frustrated as it was 3 in the morning. Was unhappy that this particular driver could see we were running to get the bus as he looked directly at us. Not always what you expect when you pay more for the short run for convenience.”
“Waited for 25 minutes before the bus collected us to take us to the airport which we felt was too long. The rough ground parking area in the Blue car park is difficult to negotiate as it is too rough to pull a suitcase over readily.
Journey to the terminal is quick and prices are competitive.”
