“We always use APH & and the short run came up as an option for the first time this year. The security guard was helpful on tge gate & both bus drivers to & from the airport were pleasant. Its only 5 minutes drive from the airport. One thing to mention is, why has the cost of airport parking including APH doubled in price since lockdown!”

“Great service, good instructions from the guy at the main gate. Buses ran well didn't have to wait long at all. Only minor criticism is that they get so many cars in and they aren't watched. I found it a real struggle to get out of the space as I had cars parked so close and had a massive 4x4 behind. Other than that it was good. Would recommend.”

“I wouldn't recommend APH Birmingham Short Run to anyone else, and I wont be using again as well as the staff at the entrance was extremely rude. I read the emails with directions. However, I put the postcode on the maps as I am not familiar with the roads, I followed the maps and looked for Premier Inn, as indicated on thw email. Then I couldn't find Premier Inn, so I gave a call to the number on email. The staff was good on the phone, but as soon as I arrived at the car park, he started yelling. I had never experienced such treatment from any staff of a company my whole life. He was berating me like I was a kid. I had to ask if I could go and park to stop him. I saw similar comments on Google meaning that's not only my experience. I am still in shock and it's such a shame as I could use the car park as part of my travel routine. Very disappointed. Also, there is no timetable for buses which made me worried over there how long I could wait, but the buses were good and the location of the bus stop at the airport was good”
“The driver on our return was unhelpful. We were sat at the back of the bus when arriving back to the car park at 0400 so when he shouted which stop we were at, unable to hear him I went to ask and I received a very rude response! Also the areas off the main road for the bus are not smooth, just rubble which means trying to pull a suitcase along is very difficult. I will point out the guy who we saw when we arrived to leave our car was very friendly and helpful.”
“Very good, secure, self park (keep keys) parking. Unfortunately I wasn't checked in correctly so it caused issues when trying to collect my car but it was quickly sorted by Paul! Would still use again as convenient for Birmingham airport, frequent and short transfers.”
