“I was Disappointed i wasnt able to just drop my car off as i used to and get the shuttle to airport.
But I understand that things change. The carpark attendant was very unhelpful and short with me (I am a lone lady and totally baffled by where he was telling me to park, as he was just parking to the blue cones. Then the bus driver on the way back at 3am in the morning was grumpy to put it VERY politely. it should have been us being moody, as our flight was delayed and we were all very tired.”
“My experience with APH was mixed. The drop off was great and easy, with good instructions given in the email for me to find my way and park the car.
However I wasn't happy with the return as it took almost 30 mins for our bus to arrive and it kept randomly stopping asking the way. When we called the number provided, it just went to a voicemail telling us to wait at the bus stop. Considering it was 2am and we were extremely tired, it made our return journey even more tiring and hectic. To top it of the bus stopped in a different area if the car park for ages so we decided to just get off and walk to the car instead as it was faster than waiting for the driver to return and take us back to the original bus stop. Unfortunately this left a sour mood to our return which we thought would be smooth.”
“Airport was very busy on return which meant bus was full going back to car parking. Drop off was good left us near to car so not far to walk with luggage. Maybe consider more frequent buses at peak times to make transfer more comfortable.”
