“It was very hard to find the car park I will never use it again there were no signs to find it and the satnav didn't get us there when we turned of the M,42 at junction 6 it was a nightmare”
“The APH sign could be a little bigger on arrival. Very efficiant service and the fact you park the car and keep the keys makes you feel the car will be safe. Have used them in the past, never had any problems”

“Not obvious to find, name of company confusing. Entry time too long. Parked near a bus stop to be advised buses do NOT stop at the bus stops as they cause congestion, so move the bus stops then, had to drag two suitcases to awaiting buses.”

“Cannot fault the staff and location. Really struggled to get my car out of parking space as people parked after me left a 4 X4 very close to drivers door and Merc estate at other side had over a metre to reverse further into space but they chose to leave half the bonnet over the space! 30 point turn, out and reversed all way down.”
“Upon Arrival there was a queue. It would be quicker if there is an auto dispense ticket machine with number plate recognition. Returning was excellent and as it says Short Run, 5min both ways. Best choice.”
