“I had accidentally put the wrong arrival date in (booked for a week before I was due to arrive and but had the correct departure date). Contacted APH immediately to rectify and was not able to be refunded for the week as the policy says it has to be amended 2 days prior. I had booked it the day before so this policy did not apply but was not able to be refunded.”

“It is a really great place to park. Safe and easy to find. The post code is this one B40 1QB, as the original one takes you to Premier Inn. When you get on Bickenhill Parkway, just drive straight where you can see all the signs directing you to the car park. Once you arrive there, someone will be by the barrier asking you your name and car registration for confirmation, to which they will then direct you in which colour zone to park. Buses are very efficient and run just like the description, no matter the time. It is a great carpark and I shall use it again.”
