From parking our vehicle and being assisted onto the short run bus (I’m a mobility scooter user) the bus driver was kind courteous and professional at all times. “Great service overall however it was a pain to find! Not really helpful either that the main signs coming in don't show 'APH' neither do any of the road signs as you approach. Spent 30 mins trying to find it - thank goodness I was super early!
