“Well where shall we start. Firstly the postal code they give you for this car park does NOT take you to the carpark and you have to drive aimlessly trying to find it. Then on entry it was VERY apparent that there was little to do security as the car park barrier was just left open all the time. On our return we tried calling the number as explained on the paperwork to ensure the bus collection from the airport this number just goes to voicemail and no one answers. About 15 to 20 other poor people parked in this carpark tried calling also. After about 40-45 minutes waiting and seeing 3 x blue tickets airparks busses, 2 x white ticket airparks busses, 2 x carpark 7 busses, 3 x carpark 4&5 busses & 3 staff busses and speaking to several other drivers for the other airparks carparks the bus finally arrived. I suspect the driver was probably napping as his excuse for the delay was "the traffic was bad"! By this time it was 1.40am! Yes traffic at 1.40am was terrible on that 7 minute drive from the carpark to the airport. On arrival back at the car park to my horror the barrier was STILL up 10 days after my last visit and open to anyone walking in! There was a chap in the cabin by the entrance but he had his feet up on a desk and had his back to the window not even paying attention to anyone coming in or out so this is NOT secure! So anyone reading this my advice is to pick any other carpark but do NOT pick the airparks short run!”
