“The car park is a short distance from the airport with regular buses taking you there. The member of staff was very courteous on arrival and directed us to a suitable parking spot. Signage as to where we were located could be better and it would benefit from a tarmac surface rather than large gravel.”
“Struggled to find the car park at first because we ended up at another hotel (holiday express), however when we back tracked and went towards the Premier Inn it was very easy to access. The staff were really friendly and the bus was waiting when we go arrived. After parking the car safely, it only took about 5 minutes to get to the airport.
On our return we waited about 15 minutes for the bus to arrive and again, we got back to our car quite quickly.
I tripled up my tesco club card vouchers so it didn't cost us anything for the parking. We'll worth it. Would use the car park again should we fly from brimingham in the future.”
“Staff friendly and helpful. The return transfer was very busy and couldn't get through on the number you had to call but guessed with the amount waiting someone had already called. Waited around 30 mins.”
“Awful gravel pit. Sat nav doesnt take you there. Nearly missed our flight as there wasnt any sign posts directed us. Very stressful. Was under impression it was the one we have used for years. Have complained but was told nothing to do with APH ?? Why advertise as APH ? We have always used thi good well known company dont want to find out it is actually not them. Very disapionted”
“Left the car from Sunday midday until Friday evening. Friendly and helpful bus drivers, and stops and both ends well marked, and very regular so not stood around. Will definitely use again.”
