“The gravel surface makes it extremely hard to manoeuvre your suitcases and gets them dirty. The bus driver disappeared for 15 mins before leaving for departures with no apology or explanation provided. There was absolutely no help from the bus driver, on both journeys, with our luggage, despite it being obvious that we were struggling. Nor did the bus driver have the courtesy to wait an extra 10 seconds for me put my suitcase in a secure place on the bus, before driving off, which resulted in my foot being injured. We will not be using this company again, nor will we be recommending them.”
“Could do with some signposting after leaving the motorway.
Road number signs were missing on roundabouts making it difficult to follow your directions in the dark and I ended up driving up and down a couple of roads a few times to find the car park.”
“A very good price but it was impossible to find. To contact someone took ages.
The worst aspect of it was the issues with parking spaces. This was impossible mainly due to the number of cars. I had to move several bollards and in the end a member of the public had to park my car. On return, at the bus stop, it took the driver a long time to scan the tickets which were on flimsy, yellow bits of paper. The driver was also unfriendly and miserable. The whole experience was vile.”
“Great location and very near the airport, didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes for bus to take us to airport or collect us to go back to the car park.
My only issue was no toilet there, having travelled several hours and in need of the toilet, meant having to wait until you got to the airport.”
“easy location, pick up and drop off. I even had a dead battery on arriving back to the car and they very quickly assisted with jump starting it for me. Fantastic service!”
