“Exceptional service on arrival. Gentleman who met us was knowledgeable and invited us to park closer for a small fee (definitely worth it) shuttle coach left within 5 minutes of arriving. On our return the bus stops outside the terminal (arrivals) were clearing signposted and we only waited 15 mins for the bus. Overall great experience, will use next year”
“A very convenient & well run airparking facility. The signage & directions could be improved & the postcode for the sat nav takes you somewhere different due to all the roadworks in that area. However, couldn’t fault the staff or the bus connections. Would use them again now that we know where to go properly. Thank you.”

Firstly, signage at night is not lit so finding in the dark was quite a challenge. On return there is lots of signage so finding when light would not be a problem.
On arrival, guided to area to park, bus pulled up 10 yards away so easy. Bus transfer approx 5-6 minutes.
Bus stop at airport crowded with people waiting to get on so juggling cases felt pressured.
Short walk to terminal.
On return, waited no more than 5 minutes at bus stop (no need to call as they run frequently). Stopped right by car again so easy to get off and get car loaded.
Only thing I will say is most of the car park is white chalk-like gravel so either very dusty or horribly wet and “muddy”. Expect your car to be covered in dust and if you’re near the end of the row, covered in splashes of mud. Nothing serious but your car will need a good clean after you’ve parked here.
