“No issues once we actually found the car park!! The directions need updating as there are loads of roadworks. Sat nav kept sending us round a huge roundabout. We rang and were advised to use Google Maps to find it - and this worked fine!! Collection easy on return journey. One phone call and a short wait for the bus. Would recommend.”
“Not on demand as advertised. Every 20 min. Needs more clarity on front of the bus. Much confusion at airport bus stop as to which car park the arriving bus was going to.”
“Extremely happy with my experience. We had an issue with the car the day before our holiday which got fixed, but just to be safe we set off earlier than originally planned. After a smooth journey we ended up arriving earlier than the time we had booked for, we were accommodated straight away and the bus to the airport drove the end of our parking row and waited for us to get on. Will definitely use again.”
“Access to the carpark was difficult because of the road taking place nearby and no clear signs until you reach the car park. We had to park on the gravel area, driving through potholes to find a parking place. The bus service was okay without too much delay. When we got back the car was covered in dirt and dust from the parking area. I much preferred APH Hams Hall before it was closed.”
