“After driving to the postcode in my email I was informed I was at the wrong carpark so I had dot drive to the correct one, a minor delay of a few minutes not that bad.
Then I had a 40 minute wait for the bus to leave the carpark, despite being told every 5 minutes by the driver that we would be leaving in 5 minutes and the fact that you advertise the bus as leaving on demand.
There were a lot of annoyed people on the bus as they thought they would miss their flights, then when the already ¾ full bus set off it made a few stops to pick up more people until it was overfull with people sitting on their cases in the aisles, this was despite the driver telling them he was too full and to wait for the next bus.
All in all a thoroughly underwhelming experience one I will not repeat, and will warn people away from using.”
“Easy to get to. Bus service very efficient and only 5 minutes from airport. Even though we arrived back in the early hours of the morning the bus was waiting to take us back to the car. Highly recommend this service.”
“Very difficult to find the location as the Postcode provided will direct you to a hotel, even so the direction going to APH is not straightforward, nevertheless I was able to find the location after more than half an hour. Friendly staff though.”
