“Very poor service .Directions faulty Very difficult to get back to M42 directions difficult to follow.No help offered with luggage as an elderly couple we really struggled.Driver on return was very unfriendly.Difficult to pull cases on stony surface. Very disappointed

“Although it is a short transfer, it's not the usual standard of APH. Where we had to park our car was terrible, full of pot hole's, muddy uneven ground, not good for wheeling heavy luggage around.”
“Fantastic customer service. We broke down on the way out and had to have the car recovered. The staff looked after our car while we had a taxi home and they handed the key's to recovery company and we got the car back next day. Such helpful kind people. We were asked repeatedly if we were alright. Nothing was too much trouble. 10/10. The parking and transfer was excellent too.”
“I recommend this in Birmingham Airport solely because its the cheapest there I did not have to wait for an airport bus even on return it was waiting just outside the terminal so very quick, I normally use meet and greet but at this airport it is 50% more than anywhere else why I do not know, but airport parking now is getting very expensive since covid probably to get lost money back but this is not the way to do it so come on APH sort it”
