“The car park is not APH short run but API short run which is confusing. Directions from the M6 South J4 did not mention that the A446 is required prior to the B4438 Brownhills. The car park surface is uneven and dusty, and the Exit poorly signposted. No assistance from the driver with luggage on or off the bus.”

I found myself with many other vehicle driving down dead ends looking for the route out very frustrating I considered driving through the no entry at one point”
“Used APH before usually at Coleshill but wanted something a bit nearer so chose this one. Found car park generally OK and was able to park but not really well signed. Found the track to the bus stop was rough and couldn't wheel the 2 cases so had to be carried which isn't great when they are heavy.
No-one helped to put cases on rack and the bus was already full with people waiting. The driver waited until everyone was on and several people had to stand with their cases as there was no room.
Same on way back too. Won't be using this car park again any time soon.”
