“Very friendly helpful staff both on site and shuttle bus.Only complaint was lack of signage when trying to find the car park as sat nav postcode covers a large area.”

Simple 5 min bus transfer. I was back at my car faster than if I’d parked on the top tier of the adjacent to airport multi - storey.
Couldn’t recommend highly enough to use again for a short trip.”
“I still prefer the onsite carpark for ease.However, the pick up on our return was excellent with no waiting time and the transfer was quick. The major roadworks around the site make getting to it very difficult as many of the roads are teporarily closed. Our sat nav sent us through the NEC road network which was a mistake as we ended up in a long lorry queue with no way to turn around as the roads back were barriered off and the way to the carpark was closed off. The directions said postcode wasnt accurate but suggest saying use alternative postcode and to look out for the Premier Inn opposite.”
