“Excellent friendly service on the way to the airport. On the return journey they sent a minibus to pick up a huge queue of people that were getting angry at having to wait again as the minibus only held a few.”
“Didn't find the car part straight way due to roadworks affecting Google Maps instructions, this is not a fault of APH. Tidy tarmac parking space with ample room for vehicle. Only waited about five minutes for return pick-up but the driver had no record of our booking; this may be due to early return. Would use again as so close to the airport, it takes some of the stress out of travelling.”
“Although the road works and postcode sent us in the wrong direction, overall very impressed with APH. As soon as we arrived the bus followed us to our parking spot and we headed for Birmingham Airport. Got told to ring back on arrival, which we did and we had just missed a bus however the guy said he would send another straight away, which did not take long.”
