“We were met by friendly staff and told where to park. Explained clearly where we get the bus to the airport and what to expect in return. Staff all friendly and helpful”
“Having used the Hams Hall sight several times and been satisfied with the service and location, this was the first time for this sight. Location is good for the airport but we struggled to find the sight straight away and felt there needed to be clear signs to direct newcomers( we missed a turning that the sat nav didn't pick up).The current local roadworks didn't help. Maybe things will improve in time but felt a bit stressful on this occasion.”
“Well it couldn't have gone any better, we arrived at 3am and was meet at the gate and directed to a parking spot. We parked about 30 yards from the bus which was already waiting and it started off as soon as we got on and transferred us to a stop just outside the arrivals doors at the airport. On the way back we returned to the same spot and a bus arrived in less than 5 minutes which went straight back to the car. We got in and drove off, couldn't have gone any smoother. Às an added bonus we paid with tesco vouchers so didn't really cost us anything.

“Me and my wife arrived at the car park to be told there was no disabled spaces available when we could see there was
Even the driver of the bus said why did not park you in the disabled area
When we returned the driver stopped as you come in which was a way from our car
We asked him if he could drop us near the rear which is did as it was the way he was going
Again he commented on why we had not parked on the disabled area we told him
I think the guy as you came in had a poor attitude
Not ideal if you have a disability”
“Went so smoothly. Would use again for sure only 5 minutes away from airport and didn’t have to wait for a bus either way. Staff very efficient and friendly”
