“All went well with the parking arrangements as planned and the journey to the terminal is only a few minutes. There was quite a queue for the bus on return to Birmingham and we were the last passengers on the first bus. People behind us were told another bus would be on its way shortly so I assume they didn't have long to wait. I plan to use Short Run again next time.”
“My only complaint is the oarking spaces we were directed to were very tight and risked parking dints.
The bus service, distance from airport etc were all good and easy to use.”
“After being very disappointed with a different APH car park last year, we said we wouldn't be happy to use them again, but then saw this one, which was in a very handy location for us to use, so we decided to give APH another chance. We are so glad that we did. It was very accessible, the staff at the entrance were helpful and we were directed to our parking spot quickly, there was a bus stop close by to where we had parked, and it was a faster bus journey to the airport than at the previous car park. We were fortunate on our return to get picked up very quickly, and dropped off very close to our car. We will be very happy to use this APH again”
