“Well, for many years before Covid, we used APH at Hams Hall at Coleshill. And were very very pleased with the service provided. So this year we looked up and booked with APH. only to end up at something called short run with no APH signage anywhere. The drop off was OK ish. The small bus did not leave as regularly as advertised. But we had given ourselves enough time luckily. When we arrived back the small bus was cramped, no room on the shelves for our cases. We had to stand keeping them from rolling about. The driver could not contact whoever to tell them to send the next bus as he had left people behind. When we arrived back at the car park people wanted to get off but the aisle was blocked by us and others, we gave up and at the first stop got off and carried our cases to our car. Even though there was a stop near our car. We could not do with all the messing about. You used to have nice big buses. So no, we are not happy at all with your service. But I am sure you wont be bothered in the slightest....
What has gone wrong. Who are Short Run. Why no APH Logo's. Are you using other companies under your name. Also the driver had people stood and sat next to him near the door. Which is a no no. I have a photograph....”
“Struggled to find location on last 1/4 mile even with markings on the roundabout! Also couldn't find the Blue Zone M within the parking area but found somewhere nearby. Otherwise everything went smoothly”
