“Arrived at 3am had to arrive in a different car than registered was no problem at all and very friendly driver to airport absolutely great from start to finish.”
“As a regular user of APH, I have never had any issues with the services provided. I think it’s worth noting for Birmingham APH, the postcode given takes you to the incorrect car park if you are on short stay. It’s still an APH and Jet Parks site, however this needs reviewing by the company.
Also going from one car park to another which is by the edge of the NEC. This is not signposted enough to know where you need to go easily, so was quite confusing to find. Aside that we had no issue at all.”
“The parking was ok, the ground was not tarmacked where cars were parked and spaces were quite tight. The bus driver on the way out helped us with all of our bags (4 passengers) as stated in the description however on our return we had no help at all
from the driver, he basically watched me struggle getting my suitcase on the bus!
However we were delayed by over 12 hours and paid no extra.”
