“Bit out of the way, difficult to find, attendant looked like he was asleep when we arrived, not the usual APH we have been to before, and was expensive for a week without discount”
“It took us a while to find the entrance to the car park. Once we'd arrived everything else went smoothly. The member of staff at the gate gave us instructions as to where to park and there was another staff member waiting in that area of the car park. We were instructed on what to do on our return. Transfers to and from Airport Terminal were quick and efficient.”
“Friendly staff and near to the airport.Sign post to the car park would help. I wasn't the only one who said that.And the surface of the car park was difficult to navigate with suitcases we saw a few elderly couples struggling.”
“I landed back at Birmingham and got on my transfer back to the car park. The driver asked me if I’m late back as his system was saying I was late and owed £20. I was then took back to the car park and asked to talk to the office to sort it out. They then told me I checked in on the 16th June at 1am. My flight to go to Spain wasn’t until 17th June at 7am? Why would I be at the airport over 24 hours early? They were adamant I checked in that early even though that is impossible I was at work on the 16th. The two members of staff were not friendly at all to me. They asked at least three times to see my confirmation as if I was lying. In the end they just said you’re good to go without offering an apology about the confusion and delay in getting home.”
