“Nice open and clean car park. Large Bus arrived after 10mins and when we returned back from holiday, again we only waited around 10mins and bus arrived. Friendly staff at the car park who explained everything well.
The only reason I have given it a 4 star and not a 5 is because the number advertised for help (0121 794 2600) is never answered and instead after a couple of rings, there is a automated message - “The car park is a little busy right now, try again in a moment”….. not helpful if someone has any questions before hand like I did by ringing the number over 7 times over 2 days!”
“First time using this car park and would not hesitate to use it again. We found it easily enough and the gentleman at the entrance was very welcoming and told us which section to park in. Transfer to the airport was prompt and the journey only took a few minutes. And the transfer back was great also, there was a bus already waiting at the pick up point and the driver was super friendly and got us back to our car very quickly. Would recommend this car park.”
