“A great car park not too far from the airport. Friendly staff. We had no issues parking our car here, or collecting it on our return. The shuttle bus was comfortable and available when we dropped off our car and just outside the terminal building when we returned. Would happily use this car park again.”

Booking Reference: HCY3R - I recently used the APH Short Run car park and was disappointed by the poor customer service I received. Upon arrival, the staff member who checked us in was notably unhelpful, despite clearly hearing my 5-month-old baby crying in the car. I requested to temporarily park near the entrance to change my child, as there was plenty of space and it wouldn’t have obstructed anyone. However, he refused and insisted that I go to the designated parking space, which was inconveniently located at the top of the car park.When I tried to explain that I had accidentally driven into the Holiday Inn car park, his response was patronizing and rude, asking, "Don't you read your emails?" His tone and demeanor were completely unprofessional and dismissive. I couldn’t help but feel that his attitude might have been influenced by the fact that I am Asian, which is unacceptable.When I finally reached the designated parking space, I found it to be too small for my car. I expressed my concern to another staff member, a white male with a ponytail, but instead of assisting, he rudely replied, "They're all the same." His dismissive attitude and the way he interacted differently with white customers made me feel targeted and discriminated against.This experience left me feeling deeply uncomfortable and disrespected. Such behavior from your staff is unacceptable, and I urge APH to take immediate action to address these issues. No customer should have to endure this kind of treatment.”
“The parking is convenient but when returning in the early hours of the morning the car park is not well lit and it would be helpful if the driver could shout out clearly the zones as it was chaotic for everyone on the bus”
“Not easy to find due to roadworks. Really stony surface in car park which made polling a suitcase difficult. Our bus driver was fairly surly which was uncalled for.
Good value for money though.”
