“Swift check in. Allocated a zone and told where to park. Bus already waiting to take to terminal. No issues coming back. Bus arrived at terminal in a couple minutes. Remember to keep your ticket for return journey!”
“The only problem we found is that the postcode took us to the holiday Inn which really is not good enough and we were told at 5am that we were the 6 person to end up at the Holiday inn that morning already, this needs sorting immediately”
