“Second time we've used this car park this year. Can thoroughly recommend. The whole process was straight forward. Transfer buses ran regularly to and from the airport and I found the staff friendly and most helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again”
“Although the car park was further from the airport than expected, the buses were frequent, the journey time only 10 minutes and the drivers were very friendly and helpful. Only a slight negative…some parts of the car park were very difficult to drag suitcases on.”
“The shuttle bus frequency is hard to predict and the price reflects what you pay for, if you are directed to park somewhere further within the car park then there are some areas which is just pebbles or lose gravel etc where is difficult to pull or drag your suitcase across. But not too bad overall”
“The joy of APH parking is the ability to arrive, leave your car in a drop off point with the on site employees who then park your vehicle and return it to a close collection point on your return. Birmingham does not have this. You park your own car (some distance away) have to drag your cases over very rough and uneven (even dangerous) ground and the same on the return. There is only one staff member on site, who was very harassed and busy. Limited help on what to do and not at all the service expected of APH. Would definitely use APH for other airport, but for Birmingham would look for alternative parking.”
