“It was easy to find. The guys in reception and bus drivers were really helpful. The buses ran on time and everything went smoothly. What's not to like.”

However, due to mobility issues (difficulty in walking and using crutches) we would have been grateful for assistance from the driver, to and from the airport, instead of just sitting in the driver's seat. No need to lift luggage onto the racks but rolling the luggage onto the bus would have been a great help. Your driver's used to assist in the past. I know 'health and safety'!”
“Parking was efficient. Staff were friendly and helpful. I felt that my car was secure and as I kept my keys it wouldn't be moved by anyone. We had a little wait either end for the bus to the airport but that wasn't too long. Overall a great service tgat we wpuld use again.”
