“Fantastic, mainly down to the staff, particularly one chap called John who drove the shuttle from BHX to Mackadown lane car park. Very friendly and jolly man who was super helpful because we had lost our ticket on the return journey. We then found our car was completely dead, about to call our breakdown service but along comes John to the rescue. Manages to get into our car and jump start it in no time. Thank you”
