I flew in from Tenerife on Wednesday my flight times are advertised for 2200 landing I booked a 2300 exit time at the time the latest slot as available on the website was 2300 Your competitors detail they are 24 hours I had to ring Birmingham to confirm

“Very disappointed, self park on waste ground & price increased from 52.79 to 124.39 for exactly the same dates as last year (30 nights). Cant see how the price increase can be justified!”
“The pricing is fair, the staff are great but the car park itself is a fairly rough terrain and the shuttle service isn’t regular enough and doesn’t have big enough busses. We had to wait for 2 busses before we could get a space onboard and that meant waiting over half an ho it in the cold after arriving back from holiday. The method at Manchester airport is better in my opinion, you call when you clear the baggage hall and they schedule to pick you up.
I would use APH Birmingham again but I definitely think they have a better car park and shuttle service @ Manchester airport that could maybe be implemented here as well.”
“Compared to Hamms Hall, your new site at Mackadown Lane is a nightmare. You are allowed hardly any space between cars, we were just pointed in a general direction and told "park over there" where there were no spaces. The lighting is terrible. The staff looked as if they couldn't care less. All in all a bit of a shambles. We have used your company for years, but will not be using it again”
