“The staff are helpful and friendly.
My only criticism was that the parking was a bit chaotic and I was directed to park in a row which had no spaces. Otherwise, everything was smooth and efficient.”
“We used to use the old car park off junction 9 off the M42 which was extremely easy to get to from the north coming. Down the M1, and made Birmingham airport”
“Booked self-park, on arriving at the car park had approx 8 cars in front of me. Many were being parked and keys being taken from owners. Eventually someone came to me and wanted to take the keys off me and park the car, which I refused. I was directed to a parking space on an unsurfaced area of the car park. We then waited for the bus, which took an age. It took over 40 minutes to get from arriving at the car park until we were on the bus and then we still had the journey to the airport. Over 1 hour from arriving at the car park to getting to the airport, just so glad we left plenty of time. Even so it was really stressful. The return to the car park was good, with the bus being at the bus stop on our return, even though it was nearly 1 am. Will not be using APH again at Birmingham Airport.”
