“On entry told to park in purple zone,this was full had trouble turning around to get out. Went back to arrival told park in another part. On return struggled with cases due to height of carrier. When stopped driver turned off lights all was dark nearly fell down step at rear of bus. No actual lined parking bays just a rough rubble site.”
“Took a little while to check in but it was very busy! Bus on the return journey took a while and a lot of people had to stand but the driver did manage to get everyone on. When we returned our car wouldn't start! The member of staff on duty was very helpful. We couldn't even use the manual lock/key. The guy on duty went to get oil and pliers to try and help. When all attempts failed he found us somewhere to sit and made us a coffee. He couldn't have been more helpful which is why we have given a good score in this review.”
“We put Maccadown Road Birmingham in the sat nav and get to you very easily. The process of booking in , being taken to and fro from the airport parking the vehicle, and collecting it again couldn’t be more straight forward . The price is also competitive. A slight wait at the airport before being taken back to the car so nothing to complain about. Thank you”
“First time at the 'new' Birmingham site. It was sadly a little chaotic on arrival. We were sent to a row that was fully occupied, we checked adjacent rows and they were full also. Had to return to the entrance where we then taken to a space in another area. Transfer bus was full so had to stand . Return from airport was satisfactory. The 'old' site at Hams Hall used to be really well organised.”

“The staff were very helpful and the parking reception & leaving was easy. The instructions to the car park from the North A38 would have took me on to the M42 and further south than I expected. Perhaps that was the easiest route to follow. I took the A452 off or the A38 which was shorter and i didn't go on the M42 a road I don't like because it's very busy.”
