“We paid extra to have our car ready on collection when we arrived back there were no keys or car - it took nearly two hours to locate both? I have written and complained but i'm getting no response”
“Arrived to find no record of my booking, staff finally after 15 mins issued me with a manual ticket which it turned out was for the wrong car park!
So on our return to the UK we ended up on the wrong bus, when we told the driver our car was elsewhere he made us get off, wait for a bus back to the airport and we then had to argue with the driver of the right bus that our ticket may not say so but we did know where we had left the car!
Over 40 mins of out time wasted with no apology from anyone..”
