“Having used APH previously at Birmingham and Manchester, I was disappointed to find out that the company supplying the service was not actually APH. I had booked on line and had noticed that the address had changed, but at no point was I made aware that I wasn't parking with APH. unfortunately the company that is providing parking stated that they had picked up all of the APH bookings because APH no longer had a site in Birmingham, please make people aware that they are not actually parking with APH and should not expect the same service.”
“Turned up to the car park to be told no parking space for me. My car hadn’t been booked by yourselves even though I’d paid weeks in advance. Won’t use again”
