“Although it's aph it's not the old aph. Since being taken over the location is not great very close to "rough area" of Birmingham. Not like the old location.
The self park is pointless due to having to take your key with you abroad so If key gets lost would become a nightmare where as before keys used to be kept on site.
Parking so you arrive and have to park in small spaces with barley an space to get out your car because all cars are crammed (it's a wonder there are no damages to cars) if there was you would never find the culprit. Then once parked you have to drag your suitcase over muddy gravel GREAT START. On the way home there was only one single mini bus doing the full 25min round trip, customers were rammed onto the bus and still loads left behind not idea when you have to wait in the rain for said bus 20mins prior.
Very disorganized the barrier to get out doesn't really work and workers seemed very put out they had to open the gate yet at the old aph site there was a booth of which someone saw your ticket and let you out.
Would I use aph/airparks again deffinatley not now.
