“As a regular user of APH, my first couple of visits to Mackerdown Lane, Birmingham did not live up to the old Hams Hall site. Parking your car on a dirt track in the early hours on a wet day morning is not a good start to your trip, add that to staff comments that APH doesn't belong on that site does not give a good impression.
Fast forward, this trip was right back up there with the service that I had received many times at Hams Hall
