“Arrived late into Saturday evening so was dark, staff who checked us in escorted us to our parking space, slight concern as wasn't concreted or tarmac, just hard-core surface and in not very well lit area on edge of lane following sharp left had turn. Transfer to airport though was prompt arriving, took approx 10 mins to get to airport. Return Collection driver was top notch, helped us onto and of off coach with luggage, and gave everyone clear instructions as to what they need to do on arrival back at car park. Would recommend APH car parks for anyone who doesn't mind the parking slightly away from Bham airport”
“Got lied to and ripped off. Arrived on 21st October 2022 advising the desk operator that there has been a mistake in the booking and needed an extra day. In turn I was assured no payment was needed and it would be absolutely fine. Low and behold I arrived back on the 29/10/2022 only to be told I had to pay an extra £20. I feel lied to and disgusted by the poor communication and lack of customer service”
“Really easy to find and park regularly buses
On return drivers was brilliant at explaining the procedure needed , only minor criticism is only having a tiny little paper receipt for exiting car park, which can easily be lost maybe a download able recept would be better if able to do some time in the future”
“Always used APH but since they’ve moved to Mackadown Lane, service has been poor, car was always bought nearer bus terminal but wasn’t and waited 50 minutes for return bus at airport. Will not be using again”
