“The car park itself was fine - no problem there, with either parking, the shuttle bus etc - all good. BUT we had terrible trouble finding the place to start with! We thought we were following the written instructions, but unfortunately they didn't seem to tally with road signs (although someone did say there had been road closures in the area). So, we got totally lost, and not knowing the area at all didn't help. Found our way in the end with the help of google maps on phone. Luckily we weren't flying until the next day, so didn't miss our flight. Perhaps some more user friendly instructions might be good?”
