Was really disappointed that on arrival to the car park there was a very long queue which made worrying about catching the flight in time a thing. When we eventually got to the start of the queue we were told that they were over booked and had no spaces for us! I have no idea how an error could be made like this and I felt very sorry for the staff who were clearly stressed and trying their very best to address the situation. They agreed to take our keys and park our car and that we would collect keys from Foo E on return. We did this although it was anxiety provoking not knowing what would happen to our car and where it would be parked. The staff and bus driver were great at managing it all despite the horrendous circumstances they found themselves in. When we arrived back at the car park it was relatively easy to collect keys and get car. The cars were very packed in which made getting cases and kids in very difficult and stressful after a long travel time.

Directions to the site were good. Our sat nav got us there with no issues. Staff were very efficient, got us parked and on coach and to the airport with no issues. Picked up on our return quickly even though our flight was delayed. Thank you for a great service.

I have used this service twice now and both times it has been simple, and efficient and all the staff has been friendly and helpful. Will use it again when flying from Birmingham.

The travel time from the parking to airport was fine, however checking in was a nightmare. We sat for over half an hour queuing to get in on site, before then being told we had to checking in at a booth, where there was another long queue. We were self parking. Our online booking had not been sent through from APH so onsite they could not find our booking . Staff on site then had to make a booking for us there and then in order to give us the voucher. After the return after our holiday, we could not get out off the site as the voucher we had did not work. Site staff had to be fetched to deal with this, and we were not the only ones having issues leaving. Staff were helpful so not necessarily their fault, but service overall fell short of what I expected, sadly.

Good connection to the airport. Self park was new to us. Helpful staff made the process easy. Good value for money and good pick up service on our return to pick up our car.

Gone downhill since I was last there. Prices have gone up quite a bit and they are not setup for self park (keep your keys). I had to argue that I'd paid for self park and finally the attendant gave me a parking bay reference, but it already had a car in it. Had to go back and ask him for another and he just said park it in any free bay (of which there was only 1 left and that was such a tight squeeze that I had to fold my wing mirrors in just to get it into the bay). Had a problem getting out as I didn't have the plastic token that is required to open the gate. Not good APH!

Best price. Easy to find. Only a short wait for transport both to the airport and on return. Lovely staff all friendly and helpful. Can't fault in any way.
