“I used APH as my family & I have used them before & never had any complaints. So that said when it came to booking my car parking for a weekend away; APH were slightly dearer by only about £3 if I recall however in my opinion it’s worth it as again no complaints previously; quick transfer to/from the airport.
Plus what I found to be awesome was when I arrived & was waiting to be “signed in”; a plane flew right overhead in order to land; the closeness to the plane was just cool in my opinion & great way to get in the holiday mood etc”
“If any of your party is disabled, don’t book self parking ……..use the drop and go.
On return had to climb through on passenger side, vehicle, parked too close to drivers door”
“Even arriving at 3.30 am we receiver a really good welcome, clear instructions were provided and the shuttle bus arrived within 15 minutes. On our return we waited over 40 minutes for a shuttle. Flight delayed then had to wait to file a lost bag report. The wait on a cold dark night was not pleasant and we think we missed one bus as it was not clear that it was an APH vehicle. On return no issues, toilet facilities really clean and tidy and easy to exit. Frustrated by the long wait but would use this site again.”
“Always used your parking when it was based at coleshill, we thought we would try you for the first time over at your new base. It was not as direct , more difficult through all the streets and houses estates.
Did not like the welcome and system on arrival, parked car on rough standing (F) that meant pulling the cases was more difficult, ( we should have been told to unload on arrival ) considering the waiting area was 20yds opposite not very happy, so we will not be using you again.”
