“We were unable to find our way to the car park due to all the road works and diversions, consequently we were forced to pay again at the on site park at the airport.”
“It worked okay, but there were a couple of issues. The first one was that we deliberately wanted to self-park our car and keep hold of the car keys. We looked specifically for a car parking company that provided this service and paid extra for this service. When we arrived, we were told to leave the car where it was and hand over the keys. We questioned this and explained we had specifically requested and paid for a service such that we could keep hold of the car keys. We were told in quite a flippant manner that they were busy and didn’t have time for this. Given that this was 6.30 am and we needed to get to the airport, there wasn’t the time or the place to discuss this, but we were not happy with this having specifically used this company so we could keep the car keys.
The other minor issue is that we along with others, were on a long haul flight with heavy suitcases and on the coach we had to lift them onto a rack, in some examples to head height. Not good for someone who struggles with a back condition.”
“Situated a little "off piste" but OK to find providing you have sat nav. Once we arrived, we were dealt with quickly and soon on the bus to the airport. on our return, late on a Saturday night, the bus arrived on time and we were soon back to our car. Yes, we would definitely use Airparks again.”
