“Excellent reception on arrival - pleasant staff. Parking and bus collection was all fine too. Only negative is the car park surface - after a rainy night it was very muddy - not ideal to wheel your suitcase on. Would consider using again though.”
“We found Hams Hall a far better APH site because the self park was not as well organised and the transfer buses infrequent ( waiting over 30 mins on site & at the airport on return.”

“Staff do not like you to refer to them as APH, they say (APH) are a different company. They did not recognise our booking as it was through APH, I had to stand in the pooring rain to sort it poor”
