“Not happy that we parked and took keys with us. When we returned, our car was in a different spot, we had to hunt for it. Excuse was that they were reorganising the system, so they had the car lifted to a different spot. This is not what we contracted for.”

“Bad experience on the return transfer from an easyjet Amsterdam flight at Birmingham APH pick-up point, the APH driver was rude and offensive to me, accusing me of jumping the queue. When I questioned his reason he said "I moved" on asking him to apologise stating that I wasn't aware I had to stand still. Please note I am 70 years old and was travelling with my wife and mother in law who is 80 years old, other passengers boarding body language also questioned the driver's outburst. Also the bus drivers driving proved to be erratic especially his speed and judgment when negotiating roundabouts with luggage falling out of the storage cages from heigh. Please note we will not be using APH Birmingham again and on our return to the APH car park if night staff had been available in the portacabins we would have voiced a customer complaint at that time on 9 Nov 22 at around 19.30 to 20.00hrs ...ish.”
