“The service going from car port to airport was very good the driver was very helpful and friendly, not so good on the way back from airport to car park driver tried to cram to many people in with the suitcases and offered no help at all.”

“When we arrived the car park was closed. Luckily a helpful passerby told us of the change of location. When we reached the correct location the man said we weren't on the list. Eventually found us. Took ages to find a parking space. Luckily after all these delays we did not miss our flight. Checked emails and did find one hidden deep in the junk mail. Very unsatisfactory”
“Moved parking service from Hams Hall but did not make it clear on first page of booking confirmation aph had moved.
On arrival was not allowed to unload cases at pickup piont so had to drag suit cases through rough puddled car park. At 74 years this is bad.
Journey to airport through built up housing area with aggressive sleeping policeman quite poor.
Had to wait 35mins for bus to arrive at airport with 23 passengers wanting to board. If raining would be issue.
Service nothing like as good as when at Hams Hall.”
