“Good location that is easy to find. No queues, drove in, was checked in quickly and was able to jump on the bus that was waiting. Very quick and efficient service. Will use again. I like the fact that you take your keys with you so can leave as soon as the bus arrives back in the car park after your return trip.”
“The issue I have , having used APH in January, was the vehicle used to transfer passengers to the airport was over crowded ,especially on its return with luggage left on the floor. Moreover people were expected to lift cases above head height with no assistance from the driver.Whether it is a health and safety issue for APH I don't know, but what about that of the customers! It was not a good experience. I have used APH when located at Hams Hall and the service was good. You had help with cases and there was no overcrowding as sufficient buses were available. I would have thought APH should be aware of the expected numbers of passengers to ensure the vehicles are available..Three stars is generous.One final point, it is against the law for APH to drive overcrowded buses the way I experienced.”

“Very smooth check in and parking. Although I feel that the yellow car park should have proper spaces that are marked out so car aren’t parked too close. We had a large car parked next to us and couldn’t get back into the car on return, we had to climb in through passenger side.”
