“Friendly service on arrival, directed to my parking space, which was right on the end, so easy to get out when we returned in the early hours of the morning. Didn't have to wait long for the shuttle bus either end. Went like a dream.”
“met and greeted by a friendly member of staff as usual. Unfortunately, my car registration change I'd made a month earlier hadn't made it through, but it was sorted quickly. We were directed to Purple J self-park. It was very dark, and we could hardly see the letters sprayed on the ground, and they didn't line up with the entrances. The bays weren't marked so some cars were badly parked. On our return, many puddles had formed making it muddy in places, which we had to drag our cases through, which wasn't good. The long wait for buses both ways wasn't great.”
“The only thing that let the service down was the very long wait in the freezing cold for the transport back to the park on arrival back. Staff at the park were very helpful on arrival and return”
“Although the staff were friendly self-parking was on a poorly maintained surface making the marked areas difficult to see and adhere to, so some vehicles had large spaces whilst others were difficult to access. The surface also made it difficult to wheel suitcases from the car to the pick-up point.”
“The car park is easy to find and is a short bus journey to the airport. A big bonus is you get to keep your keys. Had a wait of 20 minutes for the bus on return but this was not unexpected.”

“Space was available as promised. Directions to Space was clear. The Tesla car was left there safely and there were no Security alerts from my car or app for the duration. Bus took us out to airport. Upon return we lost the voucher but we were allowed on. Overall happy with the experience.”
“Busses were not frequent enough. The eye getting in was not very fast which meant we missed the bud that was there. The next bud wasn’t for another 25 minutes with a journey time of 25 minutes. This could have resulted in us missing our flight depending on the ques at security so we had to then pay an additional taxi fare to get to the airport within good time. Would not use again.”
