“When I dropped my car, there was a big tall white man that he gave me so back actitud because I miss understood his directions, where to park.
He said things like this: "what did I say, what did I say" I told him stop, he said I don't like shout " " now get that direction".
As I customer for the last 5 years would like a make a formal complain about him.”
“Was a bit confusing coming in as there was no one to talk to, staff would just ignore you and expect you to know where to go. After initial confusion it was fine, bus transfers were easy.”
“Overall would recommend and use again. Parking and transport to airport was as described. No fuss.
On retuning, the bus "Every 15 minutes" turned out to be 50 minutes... at 1am waiting with two small children was not ideal. The driver then waited for passengers from another flight before setting off to get us back to our car. Clearly trying to minimise the number of journeys back and forth. In my opinion, should not be described as "every 15 minutes" as this is misleading. Other than this, service was as expected.”
“Parked at APH self-park, Birmingham airport for a week during the 1st week of Easter holidays 2023. It was quite pitch dark when trying to find a place to park for an early morning flight. After much difficulty managed to find a parking slot and left for the holiday. Took some time to locate my car on return as it was quite dark after we returned at around 3:30 am. We were all quite tired and after putting the luggage started driving off. I wouldn't have driven more than 100m from APH when I realised something was wrong with my car as it seemed to be leaning to one side and making a screeching sound. After putting on the hazard light, I found that one of the new tyres on the rear passenger side was completely flat. I replaced this tyre not more than 3 months ago. Had to call breakdown service which added another 1 1/2 hours of wait time, only to be told that tyre had developed multiple punctures with metal nails and needed to be replaced. We had to use the recovery service after a sleepless night. Interestingly, the person who came for the rescue mentioned that this is a very common issue reported by users of APH car park as their parking is strife with such nails, etc. Had to obtain another new tyre the very next day after less than 3 months of using the badly punctured tyre, courtesy of APH. This is probably the last time I have used this car park. Better to pay extra and park within the terminals rather than risk such multiple punctures to your tyres. Users of this car park need to be aware of this real danger which ruined our family holiday.”
