“Good value parking, we parked our own car then took the transfer bus to the airport. Space on the bus going to the airport, coming back there was a lot of people standing and the buses only run every 25 minutes.”
“Have always used APH Birmingham and always been highly satisfied until this time . They’ve moved site from Cole’s hill which makes our journey quite a bit longer and not as easy to find. When we arrived I went to check in my car and was made to feel a bit of a peasant .. I had asked if I need to leave my keys .. the response was oh no you park it yourself .. the bus ride to the airport was swift but the bus had stickers on the windows so was unable to see out which made me feel travel sick .. upon our arrival back in the uk there was so many people waiting for the bus loads of people were unable to sit down .. I don’t think the service is as good as it always has been in the past and I would most likely park on the airport in future”
“Had used APH before and everything was fine but this time we sat waiting for 15 minutes while an attendant dealt with the car in front of us even though 2 other men sat inside and ignored us, on return we had to wait 45 minutes in the rain waiting for a bus to pick us up.”
“Very easy to use and efficient service. Absolutely couldn't fault anything. We dropped the car off and got dealt with straight away. The bus was there waiting to take us to the airport, dropping us off right outside Departures. When we arrived home we only waited 5 minutes for the bus to take us to the car. Everyone was also really friendly. Would definitely use this service again.”
“I have used APH parking several times and have been more than pleased . However the park at Coleshill has been closed and Mackadown Lane was offered. When we arrived we told to drive to the parking area and I did but the surface area of the park wasn't solid more like a bombed area pot holes full of water every where and I was directed to a space at the far end. As I am not a youngster I was not able to carry my case and it was virtually impossible to wheel it and a very good chance it could have gone into one of the holes and also could have resulted in me getting splashed not ideal to go on holiday with dirty water all over you.I walked down to the attendant who obliged by carrying my case for me and thanks to him. When walked back to the shuttle bus I spoke to another attendant and his reply was "Well it is self parking, and we are agents for APH, take it up with them". I have since complained to you goodselves and was advised to take it up with AirParks which I have and I am awaiting a reply which they inform could be upto 14 days.”
“I was really disappointed with APH Birmingham.
I often use APH at Gatwick as I find it very good.
When we arrived in the read where the car park is situated there was no APH sign just Airparks.
There are no cameras to check for any damage on arrival.
We were really worried about possible damage caused while parked.
When we arrived back at Birmingham airport it was pouring rain.
The queue for the coach was really long so we had to wait about half an hour for the next one.
By that time we and our luggage were soaked through.
We will not be using APH Birmingham again.”
