“Car park based 15 mins approx away from the Birmingham airport. Reasonably priced compared to parking at the actual airport itself. Car park space ample with enough spacing to get out/in car. Flood lights lite the area making it easy to find your way late at night. I was a woman travelling alone and felt safe finding my way back to the car late at night. Hop on bus runs approx every 25 mins. Bus drivers going and returning both pleasant and helpful. No complaints, would definitely book again if required.”
“Parking was fine however coach on pick up from airport was not great and not enough available as 2 left being full before we boarded. Then depended on what colour tickets - this is no longer aph and disappointing we weren’t told before we arrived.”
“Easy to book, efficient parking provision, quick transfer times to airport. However, when we came back to our car it was covered in something white and had to be washed when it had only been done just before we went away. For this reason only, I wouldn't recommend.”
