“Disappointed with new APH location as it is right in the middle of residential area and not easy to get there. Parking was fine but the bus transport to and from the airport was not up to usual standard we waited nearly 30 minutes to be taken to the airport and waited 45 minutes to be collected from the airport. There was also confusion at the pick up point as Airpark/Aph buses kept arriving but you had to have the right coloured ticket Yellow, Blue or White to get on the correct bus.”
“Very easy to book and use. Clear instruction on arrival over where to park. The only very slight criticism would be the newer parking area had an uneven non tarmaced surface which makes moving your cases a bit tricky as the wheels dig in, especially as we arrived to depart at 3am. Other than that, no complaints at all and a very good price for secure parking and simple bus transfer service as well.”
