“It was chaos on arrival, long queues. Staff admitted it was massively overbooked blaming a general booking site,I'd booked direct but due to "computer issues" there was no booking on their system, luckily I had a booking reference.
I parked car and left keys.
Collection was much better, give the guy your ticket and he tells you where your car is. All good, apart from the exit barrier not working and one guy was having to scan every driver out.
Oh well,my car was safe.”
“Arriving wasn’t too bad, although car space very small and struggled to get car in, especially being so dark.
Coming back arriving at the bus stop just as the bus was leaving, we tried to stop the bus along along with other people, there was no other traffic around, the driver put his hand up and drove off.
So we had a long wait for the next bus as it was rush hour time. Finally when we got back to the car park and tried to drive out, the barrier wouldn’t rise. We tried to speak in the intercom, which had a label saying out of order, go to the customer service office, which was empty. After walking all around the car park I finally found a member of staff who I asked to get the barrier lifted, which he radioed someone to do, after which I drove up the road to a road closure, which I know wasn’t there fault.
We also had the same experience at Heathrow a few weeks ago.
We will won’t be using APH again after this.”
“Not impressed with the parking, staff rude, bus packed. I'm not going to use this again. Not the same as use to get great service at the Faraday parking.”
“Prefered Hams Hall parking as self parking, not very easy with a large s u v , parking space hard to find in given row with only a few spaces available. They were not line marked so gaps left were quite tight. Have used APH for last 20 years always been satisfactory ,”
