“The location is fine as long as you can avoid peak traffic times on either M6 or M42. Wish we still had the previous place as the toll road was such a help there.”
“We had not appreciated how long the process of parking and transfer to the airport would take, 1hrs, unfortunately we missed our flight.
The financial savings in my opinion are not worth the extra time needed. We would not use the service again.”
“The Shuttle Bus Pickup arrangements upon our arrival back at Birmingham airport were very poor, large numbers of passengers left waiting for collection and return to the car park for an unacceptably long period of time”
“Very easy to get to, once there staff explain where to park and what to do. Then you wait for a bus to take you to the airport which was quick. on the way back was simple straight to point A and was about a 10min wait to get back. overall very easy and decent price and made the holiday a lot easier than getting a taxi.”
