“Prefered Hams Hall parking as self parking, not very easy with a large s u v , parking space hard to find in given row with only a few spaces available. They were not line marked so gaps left were quite tight. Have used APH for last 20 years always been satisfactory ,”
“ave used APH for many years for airport parking but this time disappointed with the service provided. Arrived in the early hours of the morning to be instructed where to park my car which was in a dimly lit area with potholes full of rain water. the return four days later in the afternoon to find a large queue waiting for transport back to the car park, fortunately the bus driver was able squeeze everyone onto the bus but many elderly passengers had to stand during the trip back. Sad to say many younger passengers failed to stand up for these but that seems to be the attitude of the current generation of young people today.”
“Quite an adventure to find the car parking place, but it was right under the Birmingham Airport flight path, so that provided some interest. Staff were very helpful and guided me to a vacant space. Good job that I only have a small car as I would have seriously struggled to get out of my car as vehicles are squashed in like sardines. In my opinion, this APH site is not as good as the APH site at HAM's Hall.”
“Easy to book and checking in and out were fine. There was quite a bit of a wait for the bus into and back from the airport and both buses were ram-packed so maybe more buses would be an improvement. But overall value for money and a service I would use again.”
