“Very good would highly recommend. Staff go above and beyond. I left my phone here and the staff were so helpful and keen to help me get it back, doing the most to help me find it.”
“Regular bus service with friendly staff. We were directed to park in the purple car park, it seemed to be an overflow car park with a rough finish without marked spaces. Not as good as BHX on site car park 5. Also, at BHX car park 5 you need your ticket to exit which provides a bit of a security check. I was given a barcoded ticket at APH but this was not checked on exit.”
“Would recommend but be prepared to wait a while for the bus on return. We waited over 45mins at 11pm, then when the bus finally arrived and everyone was on the driver got off and stood in the bus stop on his phone for what seemed an eternity so all in all it took over an hour to collect the car. Not what you want after a long flight then a 2.5 hr drive home on top.”
“Only complaint, when being picked up at the Airport why do you have different coloured tickets.
We had to wait for next bus, then 2 came both wanting different coloured tickets.
All 3 buses were going to same destination, our driver said it was a pain and wasn't sure why”
“Have used several times before. Easy to find, easy to park, seems safe enough, has always worked well, with little waiting time. This time, however, when we arrived back from holiday, the bus that was waiting at the bus stop was full, and drove away leaving a long queue of passengers to wait for the next bus. As this was at 2am, we weren't happy, especially when we then had to wait around 20/25 minutes for the next bus to arrive.”
