“Finding the car park was as easy as parking the car at the compound, but more control needs to be in place to stop other drivers from parking 1 car in 2 spaces. I had to return back to the entrance to get a new lane to park in as the one issued to me was full.
The pickup and drop-off point at the airport needs better weather cover, as what is there now is a bit of a joke. Being wet with a long drive home isn't funny”
“After using APH for several years at different airports around the country & always had only good things to say, we found Mackadown Lane was awful. Having to try to drag heavy suitcases across rubble down stones was not what we expected. We are in our mid 70's and have health problems. We were dreading coming back from holiday to have to do it again. One of our suitcases ended up with a buckled wheel so is no longer usable. We've usually been to Hams Hall car.park.”
“APH self park is a well organised carpark...staff know what they're doing.....and when we got back from our holiday to find the car battery completely flat...just had to ask and the staff member soon turned up with a starter pack to start me up and on our way...very helpful and highly recommended parking”
“This was a quick and easy process for booking. The only downside is the parking slot that we were given which was A- purple I think, It is loose gravel-type ground and not easy pulling your cases along. It is also a pain in the wet.”
