“Parked on Row E Purple which was in poor condition for walking to bus stop with suitcases and 25 minute intervals on return is a long wait when there is no room to shelter, used to use the other aph birmingham park which was much better.”
“The service was up to the expected standard for a competitive price - around £40 for 2 weeks in December. Had to park the car myself in the space it remained in, rather than leave it for the staff to park, which meant a short walk back to the shuttle bus pick up - but that didn't bother me (although the section of the car park I was in wasn't surfaced, just packed stone, so I decided to carry the suitcases until I reached tarmac to wheel them along. This also meant the bottom of the cases got a little dirty when I stood them down on the return to allow me to open the car. But I didn't have to leave my car keys and I could just go straight to the car on our return.
What was a bit puzzling was that the guy checking us in said that APH no longer exists, although the signage at the entrance showed both Airparks and APH.
Overall a hassle free service at a good price.”
