“Easy to book hotel stay and car park. Bus into airport fine however on return to Birmingham the bus stop was chaotic with people waiting who had white, yellow and coloured tickets. First air parks bus said we could not get on only yellow tickets. Next airparks bus came and took any tickets people were pushing to get on the bus even though there had been an orderly queue. APH need to send their own buses to pick their passengers up not just leave a free for all at the terminal stop with a driver who didn't speak much English not knowing what to do.”
“I would like to give a special mention to John the bus driver for his professional conduct towards all the passengers on our return, he was obliging and helpful to all passengers getting on and off the bus and his friendly banter was brilliant, I have used APH for many years now and can honestly say he is by far the best driver we have ever had, well done John and well done APH for finding such a gem.”
“Brilliant service, met in early hours of morning by polite staff easy parking instructions explained, picked up by coach within mins and short coach ride to airport. On return waited around 30 mins at peak time then very polite lady driver offered to assist me on with suitcases, short drive to car park and easy exit
