“This car park is shared withAirparks and the level of service is much lower than the previous Hams Hill car park.A lot of the parking is on shingle and this makes it more difficult to drag you suitcases to and from your car.I tried to take the cases from the car on arrival at check in but was told that you are not allowed to do that.”
“Very impressed. Unknowingly we left our car driver's window open. On returning we found the window covered with polythene and suspected a problem! The staff were very courteous and told us that having found the open window they had covered it to protect the car from rain. I was so impressed with this care, action and the politeness of staff. Well done APH - a little care goes a long way. Highly recommended and many thanks!”
