“Staff couldn't find any record of my original booking, so had to wait for them to issue us with a new ticket. Apparently APH hadn't told them about our booking. It was ok but a nuisance having to wait. Driver also unwilling to wait for my husband to return from parking the car so had a cold wait until the next bus. It was fortunate that we had allowed plenty of time for our flight.”
“Everything went smoothly until on my return on insertion of my card stated “£100 outstanding “ so had to go to office . Soon sorted but having prepaid somehow my details were entered as a “walk in “ I was informed . Staff member sorted quickly but was bit perturbed and just wanted to get in car and get home and not have to leave the queue and join another queue . Would use again tho”
“We have previously used the other site at Hams Hall but since it is no longer available we booked this one instead. The price was good with a voucher code I had received.
As with our previous bookings everything ran very smoothly. Waited a few minutes for the bus when we arrived but there was a wam waiting room with toilets so it wasn't a problem. The driver was really great, loading bags and helping people on and off the bus. He also took us back when we returned and was extremely helpful and cheerful once again.
I would definitely use this facility again and have recommended it to family and friends.”
