“The bus to airport and back is fine as you are warned it’s 15 minutes though it can seem a long wait. The car park itself is not easy to find. Website tells you to follow their instructions not satnavs. We found the opposite to be true. Satnav worked a treat after we got lost with website directions. Not sure if the plethora of roadworks doesn’t help follow the route. There is no indication of how far between steps in the directions. Basically it’s not easy to find. When you arrive the staff are fine but we got directed through no entry signs which was confusing as to what they really meant. Why would the way in be through no entry signs? When you wheel your case from car to bus it is over rough ground which some may find difficult.”
“Used APH many times. This time we had to wait for over twenty minutes for the coach to arrive at B'ham airport to collect us and take us back to the car park.”
“The site is very difficult to find. The directions given are misleading. The long wait for transfers add to the reasons I would definitely not recommend this site. Because of difficulty in locating the site I ended up making alternative arrangements.”
